Salmon Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 can (14.75 ounces) salmon
- 2 cups soft bread cubes
- 1/3 cup finely minced onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons minced parsley
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- dash pepper
Directions
Drain salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid; flake. Combine all ingredients.
Place in well greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan or shape into loaf
on greased baking pan. Bake 350° F. 45 minutes.
